EVENTS
What’s Coming Up In March 2010
LENTEN LUNCHEON SERIES Each Wednesday during Lent you are invited to attend our Lenten Luncheon Series. This year’s theme will be the second portion of Handel’s Messiah which deals with the death, resurrection, and ascension of our Lord. The sermon will be given by various clergy from Livingston churches. Following are the clergy that will join us with the theme of the day: • Feb. 24, Pastor Dan, “Behold the Lamb of God” • March 3, Elder Chi Woo, Living Stone Church, “He Trusted In God” • March 10, Rev. Susan Gillespie, Trinity Covenant Church, “Who Is the King of Glory” • March 17, Fr. Gerry Banopane, St. Philomena’s, “I know That My Redeemer Liveth” • March 24, Rev. Anna Thomas, United Methodist Church, “”Why Do the Nations Rage?” • March 31, Pastor Dan, “Worthy Is the Lamb”
Our elders and deacons will host the beverage and dessert. We ask that you provide your own sandwich. Please join us at noon during the Lenten season for this wonderful and thought-provoking series.
